في إطار تعزيز التعاون البحثي والانفتاح على التجارب الدولية، شاركت مؤسسة إنكي للدراسات والبحوث في جلسات نقاشية ضمن المعهد الملكي للشؤون الدولية (شاثم هاوس) في لندن، أحد أبرز وأعرق مراكز التفكير الاستراتيجي في العالم.

تضمنت الزيارة جلستين رئيسيتين؛ ناقشت الجلسة الأولى هيكلية المعهد، وأقسامه، ومجالات اهتمامه البحثي، وآليات صناعة السياسات وإيصالها إلى صناع القرار. شارك في هذه الجلسة مجموعة من الخبراء والباحثين المتخصصين في شؤون الشرق الأوسط، حيث تبادلوا وجهات النظر حول التحديات والفرص التي تواجه المنطقة.

أما الجلسة الثانية، فقد ركزت على التواصل الاستراتيجي والتفاعل السياسي، مع استشراف الخارطة السياسية العراقية لما بعد انتخابات 2025، في ضوء التحولات الإقليمية والدولية وتأثيرها على العراق.

وفي المساء، شارك ممثل مؤسسة إنكي الدكتور ذكاء طالب في طاولة مستديرة حضرها سعادة السفير العراقي في المملكة المتحدة، السيد جعفر الصدر، حيث دار نقاش عميق حول العلاقة بين عراقيي الداخل وعراقيي الخارج، من منظور المراكز البحثية، مع التأكيد على أهمية تبادل الخبرات والمعرفة في سبيل تعزيز التنمية والاستقرار في العراق.

Enki Foundation at Chatham House: A Strategic Dialogue on Iraq’s Future

As part of its efforts to enhance research collaboration and engage with international experiences, the Enki Foundation for Studies and Research participated in discussion sessions at the Royal Institute of International Affairs (Chatham House) in London, one of the world’s most prestigious strategic think tanks.

The visit included two main sessions. The first session focused on the structure of the institute, its departments, research areas, and the mechanisms for policy-making and delivering recommendations to decision-makers. A group of experts and researchers specializing in Middle Eastern affairs participated in this session, exchanging perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing the region.

The second session centered on strategic communication and political engagement, with an outlook on Iraq’s political landscape beyond the 2025 elections, considering regional and international shifts and their impact on Iraq.

In the evening, Enki Foundation’s representative, Dr. Dhikra Talib, participated in a roundtable discussion attended by the Iraqi Ambassador to the United Kingdom, Mr. Jaafar Al-Sadr. The discussion focused on the relationship between Iraqis inside the country and those abroad from the perspective of research institutions, emphasizing the importance of exchanging expertise and knowledge to support development and stability in Iraq.
